What is your Return Policy?
Pandora's Cube guarantees all merchandise from defect. We will repair or replace the defective merchandise depending on the nature of the problem at our discretion. All defective merchandise must be reported via email at pandorascube@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We will issue a Return Authorization # via email and the merchandise must be promptly shipped to:

For all those Early Christmas Shoppers- Please Note!!!
All Nintendo Wii U consoles will be under extended Pandora's Cube warranty for defects and damages until January 10th, 2012.



What about returns for reasons other than defect?
Pandora's Cube return policy for video game systems including all hardware and accessories is to accept returns if it is within 10 days of purchase and unopened for credit of 75% of the purchase price. You must email us at pandorascube@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) and return instructions. All returns after the 10 Day period may be subject to an additional restocking fee. Absolutely no returns are accepted after 30 days.
When do you ship your orders?
Pandora's Cube generally ships the next business day. If an order is received before noon EST on a business day it may ship that same day. All pre-orders and special orders are shipped on the same day when the item is received.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if you contact us before we ship we can cancel your order. There is a 10% fee on all cancelled orders. In addition if the order has already been shipped, additional UPS Delivery Intercept, Delivery Redirect, etc may apply. Best Policy is to call or email have any and all questions and concerns addresssed prior to ordering.
